Proyectos de Ingeniería del Vallès SL, Proinva was founded in 2003 by Industrial Engineer and Judicial Expert Germán Palacín Fornons, who has combined his business activities with university teaching. He is currently a tenured professor in the Department of Project and Construction Engineering at the School of Industrial, Aerospace and Audiovisual Engineering of Terrassa (ESEIAAT).

Since its inception, Proinva has headed numerous projects in the fields of civil, industrial, and building engineering, and is now a benchmark in technological auditing and consultancy, such as forensic investigation. The company has participated in projects across a wide range of disciplines, both nationally and internationally.
